George has supported initiatives and actions to strengthen our officers’ capabilities to deal with technological, social and economic changes that influence policing in our city today. He believes that Chicago Police Department resources should be devoted to developing relationships in our communities. In a diverse city like Chicago, we must work to reduce bias and improve cultural competency.
